Manali Stranger Trip: What It Is, Who Joins, Itinerary & Cost (From Jaipur/Delhi)

A stranger trip is a group trip where you travel with people you haven't met before — usually solo travellers and small friend groups — led by a trip captain. You get the fun of a big group trip without having to convince your friends to take leave on the same dates.

Who joins a stranger trip?

  • Solo travellers who don't want to travel alone
  • College students and young working professionals, mostly 18–35
  • Small groups of 2–3 friends looking to meet more people

Most people say the best part wasn't a place — it was the group they came back with.

Is a stranger trip safe?

  • Every trip has a trip captain with the group from start to finish.
  • Stays are in 3-star hotels and camps booked in advance.
  • Everyone travels together in an AC tempo traveller on a fixed itinerary.
  • You can always tell us your room-sharing preference when you book.
