• Booking amount: Strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. • 15 days or more before departure: 75% refund of the remaining trip amount (excluding the booking amount). • 7–14 days before departure: 50% refund of the remaining trip amount (excluding the booking amount). • Less than 7 days before departure: No refund. • No-show & unused services: No refund for no-show, late arrival, early departure or unused services.
